What You Will Do:

  • Manage incoming live chat messages on our business’s website and social media channels, addressing customer concerns about returns, re-ordering, and other queries.
  • Ensure a smooth customer experience by providing accurate information and escalating complex issues to the appropriate contacts.
  • Receive comprehensive training to fully prepare you for success in your role.

Rate:

  • $35 per hour.

Requirements:

  • Access to a computer or mobile device with internet connectivity capable of managing multiple communication channels.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully.
  • Available to work anywhere from 5 to 40 hours per week.
